Create one account for the business relationship. Use the display name to recognize it in the directory and the legal name for the registered business name, if applicable. Add the person under Contacts with their name and job title; do not create another client account just to represent that person. On a lead, keep the contact name separate from the company field.
When importing, map display name, legal name, and contact first and last name to separate fields. If the account already has a primary contact, edit that contact before adding another with the same details.
