FAQ-019How do I review possible duplicates and merge records?Clients, leads and contacts · Agency and team
In Clients, open Merge Clients. Carefully choose the record to keep and the duplicates to merge into it. Review the details, then confirm with Review Merge and Merge Clients. The primary profile remains and receives the related contacts and records. Suggested matches are not proof that two people are the same.
You can merge up to ten duplicates at a time, and clients shared with another agency cannot be merged. During an import, you can also skip a row, keep it separate, or add it as a contact when appropriate, without merging accounts.
