Open the quote, review its contents, and use its communication option or public link. Check the recipient, language, and message before sending. Through the link, the client can review the proposal, enter their full name, and confirm they are authorized to accept it. Then review the approval record and communication history.
Copying a link or preparing a message does not prove it was sent and is not an approval. Do not describe this process as a certified signature from an external provider.
