Open the quote details. When an acceptance is recorded, you will see Approved By and Approved On. For selection-based proposals, you can also review the approved products and total. Check Quote History to distinguish edits from communicated versions. If no acceptance is recorded, do not infer one from a sent email, a downloaded PDF, or an external conversation.
