For an accepted quote, open the create-invoice option and follow the wizard. Review the line items, prices, and cycles; confirm the invoice title, due date, and notes. For selection-based approval, the invoice uses the approved products and total, not the full original proposal. If the quote came from a lead, the workflow converts the lead into a client for billing.
The resulting invoice is created as a draft: reviewing it, issuing it, and collecting payment are separate steps. If an invoice is already linked, open it before trying to create another.
