FAQ-060How does approving the current period differ from approving future recurring periods?Projects, tasks and scope approvals · Agency and team
For a recurring project review, the client can choose “Approve this period only” or “Approve this and future periods under the same conditions.” The first limits approval to the current period. The second allows the authorization to be reused for later periods without changing the approved conditions. Check the selected option and history.
This is not open-ended approval to add work; scope changes require review. Approving future periods also does not pay their invoices.
