Operator uses the communication style saved for the client or lead. Formal style uses the full name and a sign-off such as “Kind regards”; a friendly style uses the first name and a sign-off such as “Best.” The presentation also depends on the language and, for email, the available signature.
Review the greeting, names, and body: the style does not guarantee that every sentence has the right tone for every recipient. If you change the preference, review the generated message again.
