Copy message puts the text on your clipboard; Copy link, when available for an agreement, copies its URL. Neither action sends anything by itself. Record message already sent saves a record of a message you sent through another method: confirm only after sending, and check the channel and recipient. In email, Send email attempts to send through the configured account and may require MFA verification.
A manual record or a successful send response does not prove that the recipient read the message.
