FAQ-008How do I customize the portal logo and colors?Access, settings and navigation · Agency and team
Open Agency Setup → General → Visual Identity and Branding.
Under Agency Avatar, select Edit to change the main image.
Use Manage Logos and Files to manage the app logo and other brand assets.
Choose the Client Portal Primary Color or use Quick Colors.
Save the form.
The avatar and app logo are separate assets. If an avatar is configured, it takes visual priority; uploading another logo may not replace it.
