A Legacy invoice is a record of an invoice from the previous system, together with its payment and supporting evidence when applicable. Use it when migrating services whose previous or current period was billed outside DiMarAg, so you can preserve the invoice number, dates, amounts, and audit trail without issuing another invoice for the same charge.
It is not a replacement for the next DiMarAg invoice or a way to mark any balance as paid. Record the actual amounts and prior payment source; document the reason for any discrepancy.
