Selection-based approval lets the client choose which optional products to accept instead of approving the entire proposal. Before sending, review Required and Optional Products and mark anything that must stay selected. The client reviews their selections and the total before approving.
The approved selection is saved and becomes the basis for the corresponding invoice; it does not mean every item in the original proposal was approved.
