Before acceptance, you can edit a quote that is not archived or canceled, including its title, expiration date, notes, currency, amounts, and other form fields. Save and review the history before sharing changes. An accepted quote cannot be edited; canceled and archived quotes are also read-only.
If the agreement changes after approval, preserve that evidence and prepare a new proposal that identifies what it replaces or adds.
