Each version is a snapshot of the scope prepared for review; it preserves that version’s tasks and message. Editing the project later does not rewrite it. Open “Approval history” and compare the version number, status, and contents to see what the client received and approved. Distinguish a pending review, a review with requested changes, and an approved version.
A new version does not prove that the client accepted it, and it does not remove evidence from earlier versions.
