In the call record, review Versions and History. Open a version to see its summary and included tasks. Statuses distinguish a pending version, an approved one, one with requested changes, or one that has been superseded. If the record indicates that review is needed, check the changes and publish the appropriate version before sharing it.
Do not treat sending the link as approval; check the status of the specific version.
