Open the client record’s communications area to review conversations and communication records. The global Messages/Communications view can also find communications across clients. Use available search and filters, then open the conversation or record to review its date, channel, recipient, and content.
The history reflects what was sent or recorded in the Hub; it does not automatically include every message exchanged outside the system.
