Who we are and scope

DiMarAg Hub is operated by Balor Jobs LLC. This Privacy Policy describes information handling for the DiMarAg Hub application and website, dimaraghub.com. For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@dimaraghub.com. For legal matters, contact legal@dimaraghub.com.

An agency using DiMarAg Hub may separately determine how it handles its own customers’ information. This policy does not replace that agency’s privacy notice.

Information and purposes

Depending on the features you use, information may include account and contact details; agency and client profiles; leads, services, projects, appointments and call records; messages and notes; quotes, invoices and payment records; uploaded files and their metadata; and session, access and audit information. Only some categories may apply to you.

Information is used to provide the features you request, administer accounts and access, organize agency work, communicate about services, support users, and investigate security or operational issues. Do not upload information you are not authorized to provide.

Service providers and optional integrations

The application is built with Supabase authentication, database and file-storage capabilities and is hosted on Vercel. These services support application operation. Additional providers may be involved when a feature or integration is configured.

If connected, Google Calendar synchronization can transfer event titles, descriptions, locations, times and status. Configured email services can process recipients, subjects and message content. Stripe-connected payment features can process transaction information for the relevant agency. Availability of an integration does not mean it is connected or used for every account. Third-party services also have their own terms and privacy notices.

Cookies and browser storage

The application uses session-related cookies and browser storage for features such as sign-in, language, navigation preferences and workflow state. Optional integrations may use temporary cookies during authorization. Browser settings can restrict storage, but this may affect features or sign-in.

This notice does not represent that the website is free of tracking or third-party cookies. Website tools and configurations can differ from those of the application. Contact privacy@dimaraghub.com with questions about a particular feature or technology.

Retention and deletion

Retention is considered in relation to the purpose of the information, service needs and applicable obligations. You may request review or deletion of your information at privacy@dimaraghub.com. Identity, authority and the scope of the request may need to be verified, especially for agency records or information relating to other people.

Removing a file from a service or archiving a record does not necessarily permanently delete it. These actions can retain the underlying file or history. Permanent deletion requires review of relevant copies, versions, shared references and any justified preservation needs. There is not currently an automatic deletion feature with a fixed deletion period.

Backup copies and records held by connected providers may require separate handling. This policy does not promise immediate deletion from all backups or third-party systems. Any applicable legal requirement or justified need to retain information must be considered when assessing a request.

Requests and choices

Contact privacy@dimaraghub.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion, or raise another privacy concern. The rights and procedures that apply depend on the circumstances and applicable law. If an agency controls the relevant records, its involvement may be necessary. Do not send passwords or other account secrets with a request.

Security and changes

Account permissions and access controls are part of the application. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access to legal@dimaraghub.com.

Updates to this policy will be identified by version and effective date. This is Version 1, effective November 4, 2026.
