Operator and scope

These Terms of Use apply to the DiMarAg Hub application and website, operated by Balor Jobs LLC. Contact legal@dimaraghub.com for questions about these terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Accounts and authorized use

Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Tell us about suspected unauthorized access at legal@dimaraghub.com.

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the permissions needed to use or share it.

Service and content

DiMarAg Hub provides tools for agency and client operations. Available features can depend on configuration and access permissions. Review information and outputs before relying on them or sharing them with others.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize its processing as needed to provide the features you use. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Balor Jobs LLC.

Subscriptions and other transactions

DiMarAg Hub does not currently charge subscription fees. Terms for any future paid subscription, including pricing and relevant renewal, cancellation and refund conditions, will be communicated before purchase. No future paid subscription is created by these terms alone.

An agency’s quotes, invoices, services or transactions managed through the application are separate from a DiMarAg Hub subscription. Their commercial conditions are those agreed with the relevant provider; these terms do not establish or replace them.

Third-party services

Optional integrations may include Google Calendar, configured email providers and Stripe payment features. Use of a connected service can involve sending information to that provider and may require separate accounts, permissions and acceptance of its terms. Availability of a feature does not mean that an integration is enabled for every account.

Privacy and closing access

Information handling is described in the DiMarAg Hub Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. Contact privacy@dimaraghub.com for privacy requests.

You may stop using the service and contact legal@dimaraghub.com about closing access. Stopping use, removing a file association, or archiving a record does not automatically erase all data. Deletion requests are assessed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and applicable rights

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. These terms do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized use, security issues or violations of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not establish a fixed liability cap, mandatory arbitration arrangement or exclusive court location.

Changes and contact

Updates will be identified by version and effective date. Material changes affecting future use or any future paid offering will be communicated as appropriate before they apply. Contact legal@dimaraghub.com with questions. This is Version 1, effective November 4, 2026.
